A blissful evening of gentle soulful yoga, deeply relaxing nidra, soothing sound bath, meditation and intention setting.
Set in the stunning surroundings of Nutfield Priory hotel, with candlelight, and the divine aroma of doterra essential oils we finish the evening with delicious festive treats and a blissful heart ready for the season’s festivities.
Nutfield Priory hotel is an historic and stunning building with beautiful interior, panelled walls, sumptuous furnishings, original features and open fires. I am so excited to be collaborating with them on this event and look forward to seeing you there.

Terms and Conditions
- Please note tickets are not refundable and cannot be moved to a different date. If you are unable to make the session, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend or family member, ensuring you inform me of the name and contact details of your replacement.
- In the instance the event is cancelled by either Sally Harper Yoga or the venue you will receive a full refund.
- Sound bath is not advised if you have a pacemaker, metalworking the body, sound induced seizures, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
- The event will start on time, please ensure you arrive 5 minutes early to avoid disrupting the group. (If coming through Godstone, please allow for the diversions due to the sink hole).
- Full details will be sent in the week leading up to the event.
