Yoga Classes

My style of yoga is inclusive, friendly, warm and nurturing. Suitable for beginners and those with experience, I will guide you through a practice which will take you safely through correct alignment as well as offer you the option to challenge yourself and deepen your practice if you wish. I welcome all levels and will do my best to ensure that your needs and expectations are met, leaving you stronger, more flexible, calmer, focussed and with a clear mind ready to either drift into bed or face the rest of the day!

Classes comprise of yogic breathing (pranayama), yoga postures (asana), hand gestures (mudras), and relaxation. I also diffuse doTERRA pure essential oils and use relaxing, uplifting music.

During dry warm months, additional classes are offered outside.

6.45 – 7.45pm Hatha Yoga (in person & on Zoom)
Strength, core, flexibility

8.00 – 9.00pm Flow & Restore (in person)
Soothing & calming

Friday

7.00 – 7.30am Sunrise Yoga (Zoom)
Morning stretch & breathe

Joining a class

HOW TO BOOK

Classes are booked through the Momoyoga app. To register to join a class please fill in your details using the register button below. I will set up your profile and you will receive an email confirmation. You will then need to download the Momoyoga app and from there, you will be able to book classes up to 7 days in advance.

Sometimes things happen and we can no longer attend. If you are booked on to a class please cancel your class as early as possible to offer someone else the chance to take your place. Regretfully cancellations within 2 hours cannot be refunded. If you cancel a class within the terms, the class will be returned to you as a credit to use next time you wish to book.
