Event Description
A divine evening of blissful relaxation held in a beautiful room at Nutfield Priory Hotel.
Seated in one of the plush armchairs or sofas, snuggled up under your blanket, cosy and warm, you can relax and settle in without needing to lie on the floor.
The evening will include gentle breathwork, relaxation, a mesmerising sound bath of crystal healing bowls, tibetan singing bowls and other meditative instruments and meditation.
Surrounded by candlelight and with the delicious aroma of doterra essential oils, your experience will be a feast for your senses!
Choreographed to create a space where you can fully switch off, this evening is all about relaxation, healing and release.
Nutfield Priory hotel is an historic and stunning building with beautiful interior, panelled walls, sumptuous furnishings, original features and open fires. I am so grateful to be collaborating with them on this event and look forward to seeing you there.

- Please note tickets are not refundable and cannot be moved to a different date. If you are unable to make the session, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend or family member, ensuring you inform me of the name and contact details of your replacement.
- In the instance the event is cancelled by either Sally Harper Yoga or the venue you will receive a full refund.
- Sound bath is not advised if you have a pacemaker, metal work in the body, sound induced seizures, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
- The event will start on time, please ensure you arrive 5 minutes early to avoid disrupting the group. (If coming through Godstone, please allow for the diversions due to the sink hole).
- Full details will be sent in the week leading up to the event.
- If you have booked additional places for other people please provide their names and email addresses for registration and correspondence.
