Event description
This half day retreat will soothe and restore you!
Including gentle flowing hatha yoga, wild swimming in a local lake, toasty sauna, healthy snacks, homemade chocolate, yin yoga, AND..a sound bath, it is unique in its offerings and exceptionally good value.
Our intention is to create the space and environment for you to completely switch off, to reconnect with nature, to release tension, stress, and tightness, and have some peaceful and nourishing time for yourself, all enhanced with the powerful aroma of doTERRA essential oils.
The first part of the event will be uplifting and invigorating as we open the body through some nourishing yoga, dip or swim in the lake (optional), and detox in the toasty lakeside saunas. After yummy snacks and a hot drink, the latter part of the event will be deeply relaxing and restful, as you are guided through a thoughtfully curated yin class followed by a deeply calming sound bath.
The retreat will run 9am-1pm and will include: –
- Gentle flowing hatha yoga and breathwork to open and awaken the body and soul
- Invigorating Wild Swim or dip in the lake (optional)
- Nourishing lakeside Sauna
- Hot drink, healthy snacks and homemade raw chocolate!
- Deeply relaxing Yin Yoga
- Soothing Sound bath with Crystal Quartz and Himalayan singing bowls
Mats and equipment will be provided and wetsuits and floats can be hired from Divers Cove. No experience of yoga is necessary, and the wild swim/dip is optional!
There are changing rooms, free parking and Divers Cove is close to the A25 and M25 so easy to access.

Price and Terms
- The price is just £75 and prepayment is required.
- Please note tickets are not refundable and cannot be moved to a different date. If you are unable to make the session, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend or family member, ensuring you inform me of the name and contact details of your replacement.
- In the instance the event is cancelled by either Sally Harper Yoga or Divers Cove you will receive a full refund.
- It is important the precautions/lake rules listed on the Divers Cove website are read and adhered to. By purchasing the ticket you agree to reading and accepting these terms and all responsibility for your participation in this event.
- Cold water swimming is not advised in pregnancy.
- Sound bath is not advised if you have a pacemaker, sound induced seizures, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
- Snacks provided may contain nuts, wheat, and/or dairy. A vegan option will be available. The homemade chocolate is vegan.
- The event will start on time, please ensure you arrive at Divers Cove at least 10 minutes early to avoid disrupting the group.
