Event description
This event is pure bliss – a divine evening of deep relaxation and transcendence; starting with a gentle nurturing yin class using our mats and simple props to access shapes that are deeply restorative to the mind, body and soul. Easing into a stillness and quiet that is hard to access any other way, we then drift seamlessly into yoga nidra, the practice of deep yogic relaxation. As you relax, weightless and cosy, I will guide you through a sublime sound bath, using crystal quartz bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum and many other meditative instruments.

- Life happens, and sometimes we are unable to fulfil our commitments. If this happens to you, please get in touch. Together we will try to fill the space. Unfortunately if we can’t I am unable to refund but I may be able to switch you to another event if the cancellation is not within 6 weeks.
- In the instance the event is cancelled by either Sally Harper Yoga or the venue you will receive a full refund, unless the cause is reasons outside of our control (natural disaster, conflict, terrorism).
- If attending an event at Divers, Cove, please ensure you read the precautions/lake rules listed on the Divers Cove website. By purchasing the ticket you agree to reading and accepting these terms and all responsibility for your participation in this event. Cold water swimming is not advised in pregnancy.
- Sound bath is not advised if you have a pacemaker, sound induced seizures, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
- Snacks provided may contain nuts, wheat, and/or dairy. A vegan option will be available. The homemade chocolate is vegan.
- The event will start on time, please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to avoid disrupting the group.
