Event Description

This heavenly evening begins with a gentle flowing yoga practice accompanied by the beautiful tones of a harp, played by the expert and renowned harpist, Margaret Watson. We then continue into sublime relaxation as we are immersed in a sound bath delivered by me, using a range of meditative instruments including crystal quartz bowls and Tibetan 7-metal bowls.

The evening is complimented by candelight and the divine aromas of essential oils.

Margaret is one of the busiest professional harpists in the South East; she has played for Royalty, including performances for HRH The Princess Royal, HRH Princess Alexandra and The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh. She has given concerts at National Trust properties, played at City Guildhall, Clarence House, The Garrick Club, The Savoy, Ritz, Dorchester and Hilton Langham Hotels in London, Glyndebourne Opera House, The Royal Courts of Justice, Covent Garden, Chichester Flower festival and for many weddings, private parties, group meetings, receptions, corporate, civic and charity functions. She has also worked for the BBC and Netflix filming for TV documentaries. Margaret is a very active member of the charity ‘Music In Hospitals’ and gives bedside concerts for patients and the mentally or physically disabled in hospitals, hospices, and specialist care centres and nursing homes .

• Refunds are possible up to 6 weeks ahead of the event. If you are unable to join please ensure you notify me at least 6 weeks prior to the event, preferably before this if you can. I am sorry, but places cancelled within 6 weeks of the event are not refundable and cannot be moved to a different date unless your place can be filled. You are welcome to transfer your place to a friend or family member, supplying me with their name and email address. These terms are there to protect myself and the venue/creative from last minute cancellations which are difficult, sometimes impossible, to fill.
• In the instance the event is cancelled by either Sally Harper Yoga or the venue you will receive a full refund, unless the cause is reasons outside of our control (natural disaster, conflict, terrorism).
• If attending an event at Divers, Cove, please ensure you read the precautions/lake rules listed on the Divers Cove website. By purchasing the ticket you agree to reading and accepting these terms and all responsibility for your participation in this event. Cold water swimming is not advised in pregnancy.
• Sound bath is not advised if you have a pacemaker, sound induced seizures, epilepsy, or are pregnant.
• Snacks provided may contain nuts, wheat, and/or dairy. A vegan option will be available. The homemade chocolate is vegan.
• The event will start on time, please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes early to avoid disrupting the group.
